  1. boy says:

  2. shantea says:

I simply cannot trust this guy! Sipag at Tiyaga? does he really mean it or the other way around?

  3. Levi says:

Fix your issue first before thinking big!

  4. vinz18 says:

So dapat may suportahan.

  6. leigh says:

i should say, conflict of interest ito pag nagkataong manalo sya.

  7. angela says:

these traditional politicians for crying out loud! they all suck for pete’s sake! puro kasinungalingan! iboboto nio ba yang mga sinungaling na yan!? pag binoto nio sila, para nio ng pinagkanulo ang sarili niong bayan!

  8. eyjey says:

    si EDDIE VILLANUEVA ang pinakamatino.

  9. angela says:

    i strongly agree boy!

  10. Stephanie C. says:

I will vote for Villar. Our country really needs a good leader like him to boost our economy. Why are you so afraid to trust him?

  11. miaih kardenas says:

I’ll vote for Villar for these three somple reasons:

    1. he’s been where most of our countrymen are going through now aday…that poverty and he move upright to success, so he knows what he’s doing.

    2. other Candidate has someone backing their campaign, names are prominent on the busuness scene, danding on chiz, lopezes on noynoy, arroyo on gibo as for Villar he only answers to himself…manalo man siya wala siyang babayarang utang na loob.

    3. He already have a specific plan how to uplift our ever struggling country out of poverty. If anyone has the right mind to search and study his plan, i think you would agree with me that those are pretty doable and achievable. unlike yung iba calling for a “change” and “having democracy back”. what change exactly? and last time i checked we are still democratic.

  12. tita mandap says:

  13. Huling Urbiztondo says:

    @stephanie, kardenaz & mandap…
even though u see villar in action, it doesn’t mean that he literally did it. remember, what he’s been doing until now is just for show. remember him helping the ofw from the abusive? asan na yun? if that was actually true, it should have been on newspaper and media like tv patrol, 24 oras, manila bulletin… dont waste your vote on this guy..

he’s a person who tends to earn money for a living, he is NEVER a trustworthy person.

  14. aerocarezaoled says:

  15. bonbon says:

i vote many villar coz he came frm a poorest sector during his tym….. and i believe that he has the capability to handle our country philippines….. i gues manny has a good motive to our fellow countrymen and he has a good plataporma and he encourage every pilipino to work harder i will support manny villar and loren……….

  16. MAE2 says:

OO NAMAN I WILL VOTE FOR MANNY KXE MAYAMAN NAMAN NA XA DI NA NYA KLANGAN MANGURAKOT MUH

  17. Jonas says:

Manny Villar is the best! Go, Sir Manny! Hahaha!

  18. Cel says:

Among the candidates, Manny Villar is the most qualified to lead this country. Enough of the drama! Let’s use our kokote this time. It’s insane to aspire for change while doing the same thing yet again. The Aquinos had their chance. May nangyari ba?

  19. Lerma says:

Siyempre naman, iboboto ko si Sen. Villar! Mabuti siyang tao. He’s a family man.

  20. Alex K. says:

I’ll go for Mr. Villar! He’s a man of action. During the Isang Tanong Presidential Forum of GMA 7, Mel Tiangco asked him kung ano na yung accomplishment niya. Hahaha! What a shame! He’s such a disappointment. No wonder why his handlers didn’t let him attend the second part of the show.

  21. sandra says:

come to think of it, ngayon lang naman nagdadadaldal si villar di ba…before he did all this talking he was working and achieving lots of things. Unlike noynoy daldal ng daldal wala naman pwedeng ipagmayabang na ginawa niya noon, except for being a son of ninoy and cory and having an acquired integrity.

noynoy is a funny guy. i don’t know why Filipinos really taking him seriously.

by the way i’ll vote for Villar.

be wise ppl, priceless ang boto natin.

  24. radicalman says:

he don’t deserve to win:) akalain mo bang nag hamon kay ted failon na 2 lang ang kang subdivision sa daang hari yun pala’y 21. he is a very good liar. kawawang gobyerno natin kung sya ang manalo, baka ibenta pa tayo sa ibang bansa:(

  25. etsolkidz says:

ito ang bagong “C5 at Taga”…

  26. Cabalen says:

well…pwede na rin sya. 2nd of our choices after GIBO

  27. mhailav says:

  28. NotoCorrupt says:

    No to Villar!

Dati mukhang pwede pa sya… kaso nung lumabas ang “C5 at tyaga”, makikita mo agad ang kulay nya… Lahat na pwede nyang gamitin like Manny Pacqiao at Willy sa Wowowee kinuha nya… ibig sabihin ba nito desperado syang makuha ang pagka Presidente? Bakit kaya? Para may Negosyo…Definitely, NO for Villar.

  29. Foreign Prospective!! says:

This guy cant be trust from a foreigner without motive or influence..just an observation!!..look into his eyes!!

  31. Idol ko TAMANO! says:

    1. CREDIBLE LEADER.

    2. HE UNIFIES THE DIVIDED.

INFUSES BLOOD TO A DYING GOAL, AT THE RIGHT TIME AND AT THE PRECISE MOMENT.

    3. HE IS THE SILVER LINING ACROSS THE DARKEST HORIZON WITH A RAY OF HOPE AND A BURST OF LIGHT.

HE IS LIKE A KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOUR,
GRABBED IN A GLORIOUS SPLENDOR OF IDEALISM, RIDING ON HIS YOUTHFUL CHARISMA

HE WON BY A LANDSLIDE VICTORY IN A NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TO BE THE PRESIDENT OF A.L.C.U.

  32. Luis W says:

Sipag at Tyaga? Subukan nyong bumili or mag inquire sa mga properties or subd niya. You will see how they manipulate. Also if b chance ma meet nyo some of his staffs, they will tell u how shrewd he is as businessman.
Parang bumibili sya ng lupa ngayon like in his campaign. He bails out a lot of money. Kelangang me RETURN!

Oh, no… pity this country if this guy win.. He’s very desperate in winning.. I wonder why?, He didn’t even did great nor fair in the the sorta debate held at UST grounds.

  47. Jakk says:

  50. Raul V. Jallorina says:

I have a vision that Noynoy Aquino will be the next President of the Philippines. The same vision I had with his mom former President Cory Aquino. I had a vision of seven coup in the clouds at Santo Domingo Church. I had a vision of Laban sign in the clouds, too in Cordillera Street, Quezon City. I had also a vision of Jesus Christ in Jollibee Restaurant. I hope and pray that my new vision will be pushed through.

  51. Angie says:

    I’m voting for MANNY VILLAR.

    * sipag at tyaga
    * talino
    * isa lang ang asawa
    * simpleng buhay
    * may sariling pera (kaya walang kailangang bayarang mga taong sumuporta sa kanyang kampanya)
    * nanggaling sa kahirapan

I’m not saying he’s perfect but he’s waaaay better than inexperienced “my father, my mother” Noynoy and Erap na babaero at tamad. As for the other candidates, unfortunately kulang sila sa popularity at funding. Kaya si VILLAR nalang.

Go VILLAR!!!

  54. Maria Clara says:

We are not afraid of Villar,,We are afraid of the huge amount he spent to allure swing supporters. Yong mga balimbing ba. HOw much did he actually spent not even during campanya?? Billions na? Do you actually believe that he is not going to get that huge money back with whatever percentage that he can think of as interest, if he become the President of our bugbug saradong country?? Think people think. Spend now pay later yan mga baby. Negosyante sya diba?? Politics is a big business venture kung manalo siya di na billionaryo ang tawag sa kanya kungdi magiging trilionaryo. Ang laki ng magiging tubo ano??

  55. miguel molina says:

Yah!! you have your point there Maria.. basta ako sa Senado ang focus ko..

  56. SheMi says:

    i’ll vote NO!

has anybody questioned his real intention for running for the highest office?

he’s gonna use government funds to boost his real estate business by creating “national roads” towards his real estate properties for it to be more “saleable”.

has anybody questioned why he has sooo many commercials and spends sooo much money on it?

if he genuinely helps people why is it he has only helped a number just like the other candidates? with his MONEY and POWER I would have expected him to have helped more people than what he has proudly advertised.

  57. marlon says:

SHAME ON YOU SIR!!

  64. Tacx says:

His rags to riches story may have WOWed us. His commercials and jingles have inspired us. He’s good in running his business, but the Philippines is not his business. We’ll only make his pocket richer if elected.

  67. teac says:

Survey says he is second to Noynoy Aquino for the race to Malacanang. A business man well respected in his field, a senator, unrespected by his peers and a developer who thinks the country was mismanaged by previous presidents. Think of it this way; when he answers questions in last Sat. night forum, he was asking for a poor guy like him to be given a chance to lead the country. The man is not poor, because he has alot of land. The man is not poor because he has alot of low cost subdivisions. The man is not poor because if he is poor, then he can not transact with Bangko Central ng Pilipinas. The man as we know it is “FILTY RICH”. He may have had his roots from being poor, living in Tondo and dreaming to be rich, but who from the slums has not wished on such dreams. His self esteem is his pocket and his english poorly assembled. Not to mention his depicting a kind of slumdog millionare story in his advertisement. I wont vote for this corrupt senator! Kapal.

  68. florvie says:

Hope you won’t get fooled and blinded by his riches.I wonder where those came from…please read the gmanews article regarding the original C5 extension vs. the present…
Please chose a righteous presidential candidate that would lead us for genuine change!God bless you and God bless the Philippines!May pag-asa pa!

  69. makamasa says:

no, i will not vote for him, pag siya ang nanalo sa pagka presidente, di lang tayo dadaanan ng Ondoy, lulubog na ang Pilipinas, kasi ung mga agricultural land, ginagawa niyang subdivision, pati ilog ginagawa niya lupa, para pagkakitaan, kaya pag tag ulan, wala ng lupa na sumisipsip ng tubig, pumunta kayo sa C5 at makikita ninyo ang katotohanan,

  70. Camille hottie says:

Si Villar ay ang tunay na mayaman!

  71. ako says:

Election is coming very soon and we really have

country is really very critical for us(the people),
we are entrsting our future unto them. Let’s not
only think about ourselves but let’s also think
about our loved ones, our family, children, and
even our grand children. Every election period
is really like WE~US~THE PEOPLE in the PHILIPPINES
is between life and death, one mistake would really
lead EVERY ONE of us to death.
So let’s reflect as to what leader do we really want to have?
For me, a good leader must have the discipline to work toward
his vision single-mindedly, as well as to direct his actions and
those of the team toward the goal. Action is the mark of a leader.
Does HE have this??? Well I’m not really sure.
Aside from the aforesaid a leader for me must have integrity,
    dedication, Magnanimity, Openness, creativity, fairness,
    and most specially assertiveness.
Assertiveness is not the same as aggressiveness.
Rather, it is the ability to clearly state what one
expects so that there will be no misunderstandings.
Along with assertiveness comes the responsibility
to clearly understand what the people expect from
their leader. So the question I would like to leave is ~
“Does HE have all of these qualities???”
    “Is he worth our life?”

    Please…I’m begging fellow Filipinos,
we seriously need to work hand in hand,
if we really want a change then let’s start
the change in our own self. Deeply think
a thousand times who you think really deserves
    your votes this coming election…
May the Lord our God help and guide US this coming elections..

I wont vote for Villar. I really dont think so what will happen to the Philippines shall he wins the presidency!I’ll be solid to Noynoy Aquino!!

  73. I will not vote for Mr. Villar, all of his commercials are investments, where should he get the ROI then?

Besides, if He really helped filipinos have decent homes of their own, how come he gained too much?

We should Go for Mr. GIBO for he is competent or atleast Mr. Aquino.

  74. Mr Mon says:

I will vote for HIM di na KUKURAKOT…

  75. eneyah says:

I will not vote for a person who doesnt even comply with simple laws such as not having commercials before the campaign period starts…and goodness..for a person who would spend 500+ million for his own selfish tv ads..GOD! and sasabihin mo ikaw ang tunay na mahirap? i hope people wont easily be deceivedand for me, though a first time voter..its GORDON that i choose..REALISM not IDEALISM people..

  76. aren rubin says:

based on the experienced, i will vote villar. if you have read his story written before in comics, you’ll inspire and you’ll trust him compared to other aspirants. if you’re accusing him na babawiin nya lahat ng nagastos nya sa infomercials, show your basis first. kung naging mayaman man sya, its becuz of his determination and virtue. wala tayong basehan of accusing him as a corrupt and not a trustworthy aspirant leader of the philippines.

  77. aren rubin says:

sino ba kina noynoy, villar at gibo ang mas maraming nagawa para sa bayan? for me, it’s villar. cguro c gibo sa senado na lng muna nag-aspire. i dont think that i can trust noynoy. eh kahit simbahang katoliko nga kontra sa RH Bill nya and he cannot rely on his parents’ name. mas maganda cguro kung si kris (aquino) na lang.

  78. ian says:

    PEACE tol!!!

    GOD BLESS…

    he’s not worth our trust.

  80. Abi says:

I want u ol to know na MANNY VILLAR has BILLIONS to spend to win the presidency. He is spending about P5M to P6M a day in T.V. Ads alone! That’s P150M to P180M a month! and in the past 3 months P450M to P540M!
T.V. ads lang yan wala pa ibang gastos!

How much do u think Willie Revillame, Dolphy & Michael V to campaign for him??

How much is he spending financing wowowee’s libreng pabahay & eat bulaga abot pangarap??

Saan o kanino kaya BABAWIIN NI VILLAR ‘TO?

Kaya GISING NA PO TAYO MGA PILIPINO!! WAG NA TAYONG MAGPALOKO SA MGA MATATLINO AT CORRUPT NA YAN!

    BANGON PILIPINAS!!!!!!

  85. Warren Tolentino says:

sadly manuel villar is exploiting the poor just the same case for former president estrada. he could have help uplifting the masses from poverty by giving half of his personal riches before he enters politics. he should have done that long ago if he is really sincere.

  88. erwin says:

    magpakayaman ka nalang…

  89. Rorifer Lawliet says:

I find Villar a very suspicious man. What I mean is, why does he wants to win so badly? Using the poor to get the favor of the people. Yes, his platforms are good (in my ears) but, is it really true? or just bluff?

The fact that he is a businessman sums up my pressumption in the future if he will become the president. Most common thinking of businessmen is to gain back their losses. Hence, since Villar spent too much money for his advertisement, I assume that he will try to gain back the profits he spent. Businessmen will always be businessmen whatever much we do (and thats a fact).

I would ask it this way. Does he really intend to be with poverish people because he wants to lift them up? Or, he relates himself to them because that’s what his “beautiful platform” says?

  90. Reyban says:

  91. PLUMA says:

    M-amamayang Pilipino, mag-isip ng husto!
A-lamin ang character na ating iboboto
G-awing salamin at halimbawa ang nagdaan
I-sa puso ang kahihinatnan ng anting bansa
    S-ikapin nating ilagay ang karapat-dapat!
I-sa diwa ang kalagayan ng pangangailangan
P-ilipino tayo, dapat lang na bumoto!!!

  92. So if ever you be seated as President of the Philippines, to which country will you be selling our souls? God Bless the Philippines!

  93. YeKis says:

    You’re just all money.

You can’t remove poverty just by giving money and helping.

If you’re just all about removing poverty and making us rich then you shouldn’t run! You’d just transform the Philippines into citizens full of lazy couch potatoes.

  94. Ignacio says:

    C-5 AT TIYAGA!

GOD SAVE THE PHILIPPINES FROM MANNY VILLAR.

  95. edwin says:

  97. kris s says:

I think I will vote for Villar… I was actually contemplating between Gibo and Villar the last 2 months but on my last visit to my mom in the province, she showed me an old issue of Free Press magazine which she discovered from my late dad collection of old written materials. On the cover of the magazine were Manny Villar and Joker Arroyo with caption as “The Most Outstanding Congressmen”. I didn’t have enough time to read the whole context for it run to about 8 pages but it somehow made me realize that MV has been consistent in his undertaking all through these years because I remember that during the height of Hello Garci, everyone in politics were riding in the issue, senators, congress and the cabinet members, many seized the opportunity to get media mileage and make themselves be known to the public, there were francis escudero, alan cayetano, the cabinet sec. w/ pink highlights on her hair, dinky soliman and the big man franklin “JUDAS” drilon and others… and for so many weeks, there was nothing to read and hear in the news but the gallant tirades of these people until I got hold of a clipping about one of the projects of the villar couple in las pinas, that was exactly the time I became aware of the existence of Manny villar and I told my mom, “ma, look at manny villar, how good of him that he keeps himself busy with work instead of wasting his time joining the others in condemning PGMA, that was in 2005 but until now, I still see him as the type of person who doesn’t engage or resort to nonsense destructive skirmish.

  98. vote wisely says:

  99. Home Massage says:

We all believe that NoyNoy is by far the most reasonable selection for the presidency in the Philippines, certainly not mainly because he’s the son of heroes Cory as well as Benigno Aquino but because he’s the less significant evil among the candidates. For sure we are able to explore with regards to the Hacienda Luisita killings but in the end of the day his opponents have very much worse records. He keeps true to his anti-corruption plan, and between the other people competing for presidency he doesn’t have a corruption concerns. We met him in the past on a get together, this individual seems so good and clear and allow me to add a perfect guy too.

  100. Koala Infi says:

Villar is a Trapo. I don’t want to trust this guy. Bro. Eddie is the best candidate.

  101. Markie says:

  102. Markie says:

he is a businessman baka ang isipin lng nya lagi ay profit…. yun lng.

  103. loyskie says:

  106. noriel says:

    Dapat PILIPINAS hindi Philippines

  107. truthremains says:

Personally, I think that Noy noy is mainly running “lip service”, because he is a people pleaser, a ‘muppet, an in-experienced leader, and will not be a good president for the Philippines. He will promise a better economy for our country but the poor will continue to get poorer as his sister ‘Kris’ may own a new ‘Gateway’ mall. One of the main reasons he has run for president is so that his family can stay in power since after his mother and father are gone. He hasn’t passed any laws or bills, his family hasn’t done much to help this country even when Corazan Aquino was president.

When Aquino was in power after the Marcos regime, they only restored the old oligarchy. They overlooked the poorest poor and asked us to pray for our country on our streets and to honor the spirit of Edsa, which is actually the spirit of the people, and not just any one particular political icon. If he is president, no doubt will he be strongly influenced by those already in power to make decisions that will be directed to mainly help the concerned parties, instead of the interests of the general public, and the poorest poor.

I am for low-cost housing, for helping alleviate poverty in our country at all costs and will vote for a candidate that doesn’t need to use his position for political or financial gain. And that candidate is definitely not Noy Noy Aquino. People who will vote for Noy noy are blinded by the fact that Noy Noy is paying them “lip service” and cannot see past their own nose to see the truth that surrounds them.

Shall we all just pray for a better economy? We need a man of action, who is persistent, and willing to give from his own workings, to provide financial aid to the impoverished, micro-businesses to women, subsidized rice, programs to give free scholarships, keep children in schools, provide low cost housing, someone with experience in staying the course and not giving in to any political pressure as a leader.

Trust me, this person is not Noy Noy Aquino. Charismatic and appealing as he may seem, he is not who God would want to be the leader of this country if we should truly care about helping this country come out of poverty. This is our role also as the leaders of a free nation, that we guide the decisions of our brothers and sisters to make the right choice.
